# Fonksiyonlar

SQL fonksiyonları, SQL ifadelerinin doğrudan SQL Server üzerinde çalıştırılmasını sağlar. Bu işlem sırasında, ExecuteStmDirect() fonksiyonu ile karşılaştırıldığında 256 karakter limiti yoktur. Bu sayede, RS nesnesi içinde .AppendToStm() metodu ile 256 karakterlik diğer string ifadeleri eklemek mümkündür.

Bu fonksiyonlar kullanılarak oluşturulan RS nesnesi, SQL ifadenin derlenmesine gerek kalmadan direkt olarak işletilebilir. Bu sayede uzun SQL ifadeleri içeren script'ler gibi durumlarda kullanılabilmektedir.

Uygulama alanları arasında, özellikle büyük ve karmaşık SQL ifadelerinin oluşturulması ve işletilmesi yer almaktadır. Fonksiyonların kullanımı, SQL ifadelerinin daha hızlı ve etkili bir şekilde işletilmesini sağlayarak performansı arttırır.
