# Amortisman

Amortisman, bir varlığın kullanım ömrü boyunca maliyetinin, belirli bir zaman diliminde gider olarak kaydedilerek düzenli bir şekilde azaltılmasıdır. Amortisman, bir varlığın değerinin zamanla azalması nedeniyle, o varlığın maliyetinin belirli bir dönemde gider olarak kaydedilmesini gerektirir.

Örneğin, bir şirketin bir bina satın alması durumunda, bu bina değerinin tamamı o yılın gelir tablosuna yansıtılamaz. Bunun yerine, bina maliyeti belirli bir süre boyunca (örneğin, 20 yıl) düzenli aralıklarla gider olarak kaydedilir. Bu, şirketin gelir tablosunda her yıl amortisman giderleri olarak kaydedilen tutarları gösterir.

Amortisman, finansal raporlama için önemlidir çünkü şirketin gerçek faaliyetlerini yansıtmak için doğru bir mali tablo sunmasına yardımcı olur. Amortisman hesaplanması, aynı zamanda bir varlığın kullanım ömrü boyunca şirket için ne kadar maliyet oluşturacağını tahmin etmeye de yardımcı olabilir.
