# FLOOR/CEILING

`FLOOR` ve `CEILING` fonksiyonları, verilen sayısal değerin en yakın tam sayı değerini bulmak için kullanılır.

`FLOOR` fonksiyonu:

```sql
FLOOR(expression)
```

* `expression`: işlemin yapılacağı sayısal değer

`FLOOR` fonksiyonu, verilen sayısal değerin en düşük tam sayıya yuvarlanmasını döndürür. Örnek olarak:

```sql
DECLARE @num FLOAT = 5.6;
SELECT FLOOR(@num) AS rounded_down;
```

Bu örnekte, `5.6` sayısı en düşük tam sayıya yuvarlanır ve `5` olarak döndürür.

`CEILING` fonksiyonu:

```sql
CEILING(expression)
```

* `expression`: işlemin yapılacağı sayısal değer

`CEILING` fonksiyonu, verilen sayısal değerin en yüksek tam sayıya yuvarlanmasını döndürür. Örnek olarak:

```sql
DECLARE @num FLOAT = 5.6;
SELECT CEILING(@num) AS rounded_up;
```

Bu örnekte, `5.6` sayısı en yüksek tam sayıya yuvarlanır ve `6` olarak döndürür.
